The members of the OGMBC Youth Education Committee are proud to announce the reinstallation of Children's Church.
Youth Church kicked off the new program with a lesson fit for a fresh start. Considering the name means 'beginnings', it was only fitting that the first series covers the book of 'Genesis'.
AND IT WAS GOOD contains lessons from the first book of Genesis which involves the creation of the heavens and the earth and primarily focuses on God's enormous power and greatness, basic background information about the book of Genesis, and contains three activities for students to complete.
The format of the lessons encourage class discussion and reading comprehension.
If you are a parent interested in seeing what your student is learning in Youth Church, additional copies will be made available on Sunday June 14th, 2015.
The first installment of AND IT WAS GOOD covers the first three days of creation, Genesis 1:1-13. The OGMBC Youth Education Committee would like to encourage parents of the students to discuss what they learned in class with them.
